Social fitness and fun at the Morning Rave

The Morning Rave invites you to party your way into the day.

MAKE sure you're at 8 Morrison Street on Saturday, 27 February, when The Morning Rave hits Durban, from 6am to 9am .

This will be a morning of healthy fun for friends and families with live music and entertainment, fitness activities and refreshments.

The Morning Rave is the first event of its kind in South Africa and is the brainchild of Nine to Fives, a local creative messaging agency. With live music from Durban’s very own duo Veranda Panda, as well as The Kiffness, ravers can get involved in dance fitness, led by the energetic Statik crew.

Witness the combination of combat and dance in the Brazilian art of Capoeira. In addition, there will be a guided yoga session, including a kiddies class for youngsters aged between three and 12.

For patrons who would rather watch the festivities, go through to see the sights, have a bite and start your day with a bang.

Chilli Chocolate Chefs will be there bright and early to fill those rumbling tummies with their tantalising treats. To quench your thirst, fresh liquid refreshments from the Cold Press Juice Company, and for those with a stronger taste, the barristas of Firebird will make sure you get your morning fix.

Tickets are available at Computicket at R100 each. Children under 12 free.
