Cat’s London story

Cat Simoni delivers Andrew Lloyd Webber's finest showstoppers from his greatest West End shows at a show which follows her life story.

RHUMBELOW Theatre in Cunningham Road, Umbilo, presents My London Story! starring Cat Simoni, in the theatre's Sunday Soiree Season, on Sunday 7 February at 2pm and 6.30pm.

This is the true story of how Cat Simoni's life in London changed overnight from unknown ‘BSc South-African girl’ crunching numbers in the City and 'drinks down at the pub on a Friday night', to a five-star 'diva', delivering top-class performances at the Steinways of London's swanky venues, The Ritz, Dorchester, Carlton, Mayfair, Park Lane Intercontinental and Berkeley Square Casino.

Cat's hugely entertaining story of her crazy showbiz rollercoaster ride is at once spicy, irreverent and hilarious as she suddenly finds herself rubbing shoulders with the international jet-set and crème de la crème; high society's rich, eccentric and infamous.

Her personal odyssey is the platform from which she delivers Andrew Lloyd Webber's finest showstoppers from his greatest West End shows, Evita, Sunset Boulevard, Chess, JC Superstar, Aspects of Love, Tell Me On A Sunday, Phantom of the Opera and more.

Take food picnic baskets as the venue opens 90 minutes before show for a picnic dinner. Braais will be available should you wish to cook some meat.Tickets are R140 and R120 for pensioners and block bookings.
