Family fun at music fest

Musicians performing at this month's Music in the Valley festival represent a wide range of musical styles.

THE Durban Rock Alliance hosts its second Music In The Valley festival on Sunday 29 November.

This event is a fundraiser for The Animal Anti-Cruelty League and will be held at its premises in Hammarsdale

Artists appearing include Rowan Stewart featuring Andy Turrell, Deadpandoll, Dave Wright, Reflections Of Autumn, Bad Murphy, an Elvis Impersonator (Andrea Giglio), The Myths, Autumn Eberle, and The Warren Family (featuring Rob, Garth, and Bruce Warren).

Children are welcome and will be well catered for with face painting, sand art, pony rides, a jumping castle, swimming pool, swings, and a jungle gym to keep them occupied. Children’s activities start at 10am, with the live music following at midday and finishing at sunset.

Take along your campting chairs as seating is limited. Refreshments will be on sale. Numbers are limited so get your tickets as soon as possible. Tickets cost R50 each plus a tin of dog or cat food.
