THE Rhumbelow Theatre, in association with Creative Madness, presents 'A Froggy Fairytale' from 5 to 11 October.

The great playwright, William Shakespeare, described this production as 'a tale told by an idiot', which makes the froggy tale a shoo-in for a good laugh.

There is not only one fool in this production, but two. The production follows two fools – the pompous Bryan Hiles and the 'pompouser' Adam Dore – through their comical journey through the Royal Palace, it’s gardens and bumping into foppish princes, encountering wily witches, bibulous fairies, a princess as well as an oblivious king.

The show is suitable for all ages, so bring your kids and your parents to enjoy the production. At the show’s conclusion, the cast will be hosting a simple mask-making workshop at no extra cost.

Snacks and juices will be on sale. Tickets are limited (at R60), so don’t delay. E-mail Roland for bookings – roland@stansell.za.net – or purchase tickets through Computicket, or phone Ailsa on 083 250 2690. Shows are either at 10am or 2pm – visit https://events.durbantheatre.com/ for more information.

Rhumbelow kids' shows are entirely load shedding proof.
