Community cook off contest

HIRSCH’S, in conjunction with Weber and Sugar Rush are looking for teams of six (friends, neighbours and sports buddies) to head down to Sugar Rush Park in Ballito on National Heritage Day, Thursday, 24 September, to cook off against teams from around KZN.

If you fancy yourself as the ultimate braai champion, then this is for you.

Take the family along for a day of fun and excitement, with the competition starting from noon to 1.30pm. Take your own braai food, equipment and utensils will be available for all contestants. Braais will be available for non-contestants from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.

Sugar Rush also has amazing walks and cycle tracks for the whole family.

Dressing up in Heritage day gear is optional, but there are prizes for the best dressed team.

Enter your teams of 6 now and stand a chance to win prizes for the winning team. There will also be lucky draw prizes, supplied by Totai, for non-contestants.
