Catch Marc Lottering in Valentine’s comedy show

SA comedy heavy weight, Marc Lottering teams up with local comedian Masood Boomgaard and Durban diva Natalie Rungan in My Funny Valentine at Siyaba's iZulu Theatre.

STANDUP comedy legend Marc Lottering is the highlight of “My Funny Valentine”, a tenderly funny comedy show with a musical twist at Sibaya's iZulu Theatre on 13 and 14 February.

The show also features suave funnyman Masood Boomgaard and acclaimed songstress Natalie Rungan.

Marc Lottering is well known to South African audiences for this blockbuster hit stage shows “Grootbek”, “From the Cape Flats with Love” and more recently “This is captain Lottering speaking” has also made numerous tv appearances over a comedy career that has stretched over two decades.

He will set the mood for an unforgettable night of comedy and romance.

Masood is best known for his exploits on the South African comedy circuit on which he has performed with some of the biggest names. He will explore the humorous side of love through his discussions on modern day dating as compared to the old days and attempting to answer the mystical question of what women want.

Songstress Natalie Rungan is known for having one of the country’s most beautiful voices. A Glenwood recording artist who has performed internationally, Rungan will render some of history’s most memorable love songs by the likes of Whitney Houston, Ella Fitzgerald and Adele.

My Funny Valentine takes place at the Sibaya's iZulu theatre on 13 and 14 February at 8pm. Tickets cost R120 from Computicket.
