SOUTH African award winning music comedian, Deep Friend Man, from Johannesburg will be in Durban this week.
This highly-acclaimed musical comedian blends folk, rap, parody and as many as six guitar chords into his own hilarious and sometimes controversial brand of musical satire.
In his first three years as a comedian, Deep Fried Man has won a Comics Choice Award and has been nominated for three more, has made a host of television and film appearances, and is currently in his fourth season as a permanent cast member on the Emmy Nominated and Safta-winning satirical show – Late Nite News With Loyiso Gola.
He will perform on 25 June at the Amsterdam Comedy Club, at Amsterdam Bar, 143 Helen Joseph Rd, Glenwood, Durban, at 9pm, with support act Carvin Goldstone and host Neil Green.
