St James School

St James School Durban is a co-ed primary school in Greyville, Durban. Our class sizes do not exceed 23 pupils per grade, and we follow Section 4 CAPS. We offer specialist Art / Drama and Music and Thinking through Philosophy and Sanskrit.

Our language of instruction is English, and our first additional language is isiZulu. Everything we do at St James Durban is based on our motto: “Let Truth Light the Way.” Academic progress IS essential, but we believe that a strong sense of self and emotional intelligence are the critical ingredients for success. Strong morals and ethics are crucial in developing the leaders of tomorrow.
