RESULTS of the Bob Jubber Christmas Chicken Run played on 17 March: winners: Maurice Faulkner, Dave Carol and Alan Gilliat 2 + 24, runners-up: Ron King and Dave Stiles 2 + 6, raffle winner: Mandy Atherstone.

Results from the fun day on 21 March: 1st: Place Neville Philips, Barry Ebing and Dave 4 + 27, 2nd: Place Brett Coetzee, Jeni Oxlee and Roger Wilson 4 + 15, 3rd: Chris van Rooyen, Angie Fisher and Leonora Breedt 4 + 11, 1st session: Leanne Marsh, Shaun Pearse and Kay Spence 2 + 13, 2nd session: Kim Hall, Digby and Mervyn Hinchliffe 2 + 25, 3rd session: Mandy Atherstone. PAST week’s results: Tuesday 2-4-2 results: 1st Cobus van Tonder, Anthony Groenewald and Gail Bird, 2nd: Mike Look, Alan Bird and Dennis Groenewald, 3rd: Mike Kleinhans, Herbie Roux and Leon van der Linde.

Thursday Chicken Run winners were Anthony Groenewald and Glen Dorrofield, runners-up were Allen Finestone and Mike Look, 2nd session: John Connellan and Colin Christensen, Chicken draw: Mike Look.

Friday Tullip Twilight results: 1st: Kim Christensen and Russel Fuller, 2nd: Colin Christensen, 3rd: Cobus van Tonder and Alicja Jankowski, raffle winner: Clive du Plooy.

Nolands Revolving Trips results: 1st: Clive du Plooy, Beverley de Vries and Cobus van Tonder, 2nd: Kim Christensen, John Connellan and Allen Finestone, 3rd: Des Hean, Janine aan den Toon and Larraine Vermeulen, 1st session: Trevor Phillips, Shane Roelofse and Mike Look, 2nd session: Pierre Langlois, Glenda Matthews and Warren le Febour, 3rd session: Rene De Reland, Frank Gelienk and Matthew Mayo.

Upcoming events:

The Captain’s Challenge is on Sunday, 28 March at 9am. Game format: three bowls pair; 2×7 ends and three sessions of 10 ends. Dress code: club colours/matching attire.

Latest edition of the Disaster Management Act, 2020 regulations and amendments as well as Bowls SA Health and Safety Regulations apply.
