Take on Christmas trail run

SHOW your festive spirit and join in on the last trail run of 2020, at the Yesman Quest Trail Run on 20 December at Shongweni Club, Hillcrest.

This event offers two distances and starts and finishes at the Shongweni Club. The Christmas event will showcase two new routes which will be different to the October and November race routes.

The event is open to anyone from 10 years upwards and families and athletes are encouraged to join in the festive cheer over either the Charlie 8km or the Bravo 13km race. The event is hosted by B-Active Events and is part of a new annual Trail Series of events taking place at the Shongweni Club and other venues around KZN.

The running routes suit both road and trail runners, with the routes not being overly technical or difficult. The routes have been chosen to give runners a challenge, but at the same time, have fun while out in the beautiful countryside.

Runners are encouraged to dress up into their favourite festive elf or Santa suit, as their will be prizes for the best dressed runners after the event. Entries are limited to 500 runners and close on 18 December at noon.

Start times are 6.30am for the 13km event and 6.50am for the 8km race. Registration is at 5.30am.
