TAKE on the QUEST Trail Run on Sunday, 11 October at Shongweni Club, Hillcrest.
Runners can take part in a 20km event, which starts at 6.30am, a 15km from 6.50am or a 8km run from 7.10am.
Registration is from 5.30am until 7am at the start at Shongweni Club.
Terrain is rolling hills, small rivers, sugar cane trails, jeep tracks and magic views.
The race includes timed routes, marked trails, race numbers, a water table per distance and finisher drinks.
Hydration packs are recommended
No prize-giving due to Covid regulations.
Entries are limited to 300 competitors only. Cost is R200 for the 20km event, R180 for the 15km event and R120 for the 8km run. Add R50 for limited late entries on the day. To book, visit: https://bit.ly/3ncv9A2
