Go along and join in on this fun event where teams of two take on a 1km course event, alternating laps.
THE cross country season kicks off with the Palauf on Friday, 6 March at Westville Athletic Club, Maryvale Road, Westville at 6pm.
Teams of two take on a 1km course event, alternating laps.
The first event is for boys and girls of all ages U12. There is a 2km event at 6pm. There is no charge per team of two. The second event is the boys and girls U13 to U17 4km at 6.15pm. Cost is R30 per team of two.
The women’s 6km event for women U19, senior and all 35 plus is at 6.45pm and costs R40 per team of two, and the final event is the men’s and mixed U19, senior, 35 plus and mixed 8km race at 7.15pm. Cost is R40 per team of two.
Club kit and licence numbers are to be worn. Temporary licences are available at R35 per runner. Contact Dawn Nunes on 081 347 5605.
