Calling all comrades
This seminar is for new Comrades 'wannabees' and includes information on entering, qualifying, seeding and novices.
A FREE Comrades Marathon Imbizo will be at Stella Athletic Club on Saturday, 20 October from 9.30am to 11am for new Comrades ‘wannabees’ and includes information on entering, qualifying, seeding and novices.
Club member Pat Freeman will be running her 30th Comrades next year and will share her experiences and important information on Comrades.
