THE 6th annual Belgotex Elite Club Hockey Challenge takes place from Thursday, 12 until Saturday, 14 July at Riverside Sports in Durban North.
South Africa’s top club hockey teams, including national and provincial players from KZN, Gauteng and Western Province, will battle it out for the prize money and title of one of the most revered and anticipated tournaments on the SA hockey calendar.

This event – the only national, non-tertiary, inter-club hockey tournament on the SA hockey circuit – promises exceptional hockey displays and a fun weekend outdoors with good music, food and entertainment.
This will also be the first year to introduce young up and coming players the chance to show off their skills in between the main matches with the Elite 5’s Challenge being launched at the tournament. Girls and boys aged from U11 to U13 are able to register and play and will form part of this hugely popular sporting spectacle on Durban’s doorstep.
