This fun-filled experience allows participants to make their race count, by doing a good deed, while achieving their workout for the day.

The event, which echoes Tafta’s mission to “inspire active ageing” provides the public an opportunity to make a valuable difference in the lives of needy senior citizens through their participation.

“This unique trail run event offers runners of all ranks, a different type of opportunity to celebrate their health and fitness, build community, and have a whole lot of fun with their friends while supporting a good cause,” said Tafta CEO Femada Shamam.

The event promises to be exhilarating, offering runners with an appetite for adventure, a picturesque eco route. Participants can choose to compete in the 4km at a cost of R50 or 8km at a cost of R80.
