Durban Ramblers Hiking Club will take on a hike the Assagay Suburbs on Saturday 2 July.
Meet at 1.45pm at Sugar Loaf Centre on Old Main Road, Bothas Hill to walk the streets of Assagay.
Grade 2 – moderate; ±10km.

On Sunday 3 July the group will take on Highstakes/Killarney Rockeries (Cato Ridge).
Steep in places, but rewarded with sighting of aloes. Meet at 8am at Union Main Centre, 45 Old Main Road, Pinetown, or at 8.20am at Cato Ridge turn off (exit 53), or follow signboards to Highstakes. Hike will start at 8.30am. Possible entrance fee (R20) which is normally refundable on purchase of refreshments. Petrol sharing R30. Grade 2-3; ±14km.
