Durban Ramblers Hiking Club will hike Kloof Gorge on Sunday 7 February.
Meet at main picnic/parking area of Kranzkloof Nature Reserve (Kloof Falls Road) at 7.30am.
Walk through the Gorge to Sora’s Pools and back along the river. Steep in places so fitness essential. Parking fee R25.
Grading – 3/4 (fitness essential). Distance is 12km.

Mountain Backpackers’ Club will hike from Umdloti to Umhlanga on Sunday 7 February.
Beach walk and lunch at Bush Tavern (please pre-book with Heidi to reserve tables). Meet at 8am to start at 8.15am, at Umdloti Beach carpark.
Confirm by 5 February. Rain stops play.
Distance is 12.5km on sand. Grade: 2.
