RESULTS of the Chicken Run played on 23 July: Winners: Clive du Plooy, Ron Davids and Jim Aitken with +14; runners up: Aubrey Masson, Joe McNamara and Brian Edwards with +8; Sportsmans: Shaun Howard, Bruce Stephenson and Herman Rutgers, the raffle was won by Rose van Lennep.

JOCKEY and Perfect Delivery Trips results for Wednesday 23 July: First: L Cawthorne, C Gradwell, B Buchanan 2+18; second: L Bidgood, D Smith, M Moonsamy 2+9; third: C Sullivan, I Edelstein, B Van Den Berg 2+7; fourth: P Levy, B Saul, H Gratton 2+6.

Durban Bowling Club and Jockey (Ninian and Lester) congratulate Louise Larkin, Glenda Mathews, Bronwyn Webber and Leonie Koedyk on winning the All Natal Fours.

CONGRATULATIONS to Tommy Potgieter on finishing 2nd in the Port Natal Senior Masters Singles and Des Hean finishing 3rd in The Port Natal Open Masters Singles.

Winners of Tuesday’s Nominated Three Bowl Rollover Pairs were Des Hean and Glen Dorrofield 17+19, 2nd Eve Godbeer and Ron Davids 5+16.5, session winners Peter Hean and Alan Bird.

Friday night’s mufti won by Doriene Hodges, Pam Olivier and Shayle. Saturday’s Pops Printers and The Anchorage Umbilo Road sponsored Tabs In won by Alan Finestone, Judy Green and Martin Gillespie.

Cedar Falls Spur Southway Mall sponsored tournament won by Sterling Vermaak and Nicola Bauristhene 4+14, 2nd Session winners Ginger Ferreira, Peter West and Tubby Hagar 2+9. Dirk’s Meats Davenport sponsored 1st session winners Clive Du Plooy, Steve Herisson and Judy Green 2+9.

Monthly tournament, Big Guns, won by Tommy Potgieter Nick Baker, Dave Denbeigh, Pop Guns won by Malley Hean, Des Hean and Tony Marshall.

Upcoming events: Friday Mufti bowls at 4pm, all welcome, followed by club draw at 6pm and live music. Saturday 1.30pm Pops Print and The Anchorage Umbilo Road sponsored Tabs In, dress casual, all bowlers welcome.
