Pavements in a mess

Various holes and damage left on the nearby pavement are hazards and will cause accidents and falls for pedestrians.

EDITOR – Beautiful mansions are nearing completion along Stephen Dlamini (Essenwood) Road, however the pavements alongside have been cleared but the gutters that provide drainage when it rains are still left full of building sand! This means pipes leading down from the Berea will clog up and more will burst – all headaches for City Engineering, and to the cost of us ratepayers!

Various holes and damage left on the nearby pavement are hazards and will cause accidents and falls for pedestrians.Where is uBuntu, environmental responsibility and the tender loving care for this beautiful world, or just common civic awareness? Please can we use money for the care of more than our own aggrandizement?
