EDITOR – We have a major problem with an influx of vagrants in the park in Clarence Road, near my home.
This is growing by the day and the men are smoking nayope in public.
I contacted the former councillor who escalated this to Parks and other departments, but nothing has changed.
We need to address this issue urgently.

This is part of abigger problem, and is the report we are getting all over Durban. I have even heard complaints from the north of Durban. It has been reported to Metro Police and Parks Department, but they seem unable to deal with the overall problem. I will resend to those departments.
