EDITOR – The past few week ends have seen lots of visitors to the Beach front. This week there were about 20 toilets at the amphi-theater, I really thought they were there to stay, but the same evening after the pop concert they were removed.
I agree there are bins in place and tents for children’s wrist bands, however there are too few portable toilets. People are still seen urinating in public or people hold towels around them as makeshift toilets.
Furthermore, people are still littering, playing loud music etc.
A few months ago many newspapers carried articles about new laws and fines.
What happened to the new laws that was going to be enforced and whenare people going to be fined for misdemeanors?
