EDITOR – I was involved in an accident on Sunday morning and although the police were on the scene, not one police station in the area could give us any case number or have any knowledge whatsoever of the accident.
It happened at 5.45am at the Victoria Embankment right opposite the entrance to Wilson's Wharf. We need to find out with whom the accident was logged and any witnesses to contact us would be great. The driver of the other vehicle was caught after attempting to flee the scene.
We also need that information. It would mean everything to us if anybody with information that could help us would come forward.
