Craig Hinds shares his thoughts on the single saying that This Town is a song about contentment.

“It’s about learning together, being wrong and right together, and ultimately knowing that you are traveling the same path together. ‘Take me down that road you’re traveling on’ – I want to be on that same road. Once you realize this and understand that it’s meant to be, you become happy in the same town, the same place… ‘The times we have are just right, I don’t need no more, I feel happy tonight,” he said.

With a journey that spans from local acclaim to international recognition, Watershed has become synonymous with acoustic rock excellence since hitting the music scene with hits like Indigo Girl and Letters.

Their fifth studio album, highlighted by the popular track ‘Watch the Rain’, solidified their reputation as a band that not only performs but creates an unforgettable live experience.

Watershed seamlessly transitions from acoustic guitars to pianos and ukuleles, ensuring each performance is a dynamic journey through their musical evolution.

Beyond their musical prowess, Watershed has been recognized with multiple nominations at the South African Music Awards (SAMA), cementing their status as one of the country’s premier musical acts.

Additionally, they’ve received accolades such as South Africa’s Hottest Band by People Magazine and the People Crystal Award for Best Band.
