Take note of the SPAR Women’s Race road closures

RACE organisers of the Durban SPAR Women’s 10/5km Challenge, taking place on Sunday, June 23, have urged participants and supporters to plan to arrive well ahead of time.

The running of the 34th SPAR Women’s Challenge takes place around the scenic part of the city, with the routes taking participants around the stadium precinct and along the beachfront. The route is a fast and flat ‘out-and-back’ course, starting under the shadow of the Hollywoodbets Kings Park Stadium, on Masabalala Yengwa Avenue, and finishing on the outer fields of this iconic Durban landmark.

The following road closures will affect access into the area. The 10km race starts at 08:00 and the 5km at 09:00 on Masabalala Yengwa Avenue, outside Hollywoodbets Kings Park Stadium outer fields.
