- Sparkling water is a great alternative to alcohol, especially if you are a fan of the bubbly.
- Soda water or tonic water with flavoured syrup or herbs.
- Spiced or regular apple juice.
- Water with lemon or mint.
- Pomegranate juice, which is rich in fruity flavour. Its flavour and aroma are similar to red wine and it can also be used in cooking.
- Ginger ale.
- Red or white grape juices are an excellent alternative to wine.
- Cranberry juice.
