WATCH: Veteran rickshaw puller discusses the highlights of his career

The winner of the 2nd Durban Tourism Business Awards – for his contribution to the eThekwini tourism sector as a veteran rickshaw puller – was visited by Berea Mail at Durban Beachfront to speak with him about his time as a rickshaw puller.

FOLLOWING his recent win at the 2nd Durban Tourism Business Awards on Thursday, June 15, where 61-year-old Mjabuliseni Dlamini was awarded R50 000 prize money for his contribution as a rickshaw puller to Durban tourism, the 61-year-old says he has used the money he received to renovate his rickshaw. The renovation will help him to continue to do his best to represent the beautiful city of Durban as a veteran rickshaw puller.
