That time of the year when people flock to Clermont Township for fun, at DJ Lag’s special annual event, has arrived. DJ Lag’s Something for Clermont will be held at The Zone Lounge in the township on June 3.

On the stage, DJ Lag will be supported by local artists, such as Kamo Mphela, Que DJ, Kweyama Brothers, Wobbly, Worst Behaviour, Xola TSM, Jackzin, Spykos, T-cool, DJ Mhlengi, KC Driller, Darksilver and Perci and Niphoh. Tickets are available at Webtickets and Pick ‘n Pay and cost between R100 and R1 000.

“The idea behind Something for Clermont came from wanting to create something for my hometown. This year, we are looking at going bigger and better,” said DJ Lag. DJ Lag continues his ascendency to the heights of the global electronic scene with the recent release of his debut album, Meeting with the King. But he’s still deeply tied to his roots, and Something for Clermont is DJ Lag’s special annual event in his township of Clermont in Durban.
