Clearly, you guys at Vodacom Workshop are doing something right. I want to wish you guys all the best; I think that, without a doubt, Vodacom at The Workshop has become a jewel in the crown. I’m really hoping now with the revamped store that even greater things come from the store at The Workshop. Yolanda Chettiar, the Vodacom business regional sales manager, said the company has big expectations for the team at Vodacom, The Workshop. “Not everybody enjoys the benefit of a revamp, and this comes at a huge capital investment, and it means that we are going to expect more of you guys. There are a lot more innovations and digitalisation that have been brought into this store, and from a customer perspective, it is a lot more user-friendly, and you guys will be able to sell more efficiently. Sell to the customer’s needs because customer service and creating a customer-friendly environment are essential to us at Vodacom.”
