Hollywoodbets Durban July tickets go on sale
At least 50 000 people are expected at this year’s event.
AFTER three years of restrictions, the Hollywoodbets Durban July, Africa’s greatest horseracing and social event, is set to take place on July 1 with 50 000 people expected to attend.
The event promises an exciting mix of horse racing, live entertainment, and fashion competitions.
A general access ticket provides front-row seats to the racing action from the grandstand and track-side lawns, live DJ performances and runway and public fashion competitions. Food trucks, pop-up bars and comfortable seating areas will be available to make the experience enjoyable for everyone.

For those seeking five-star hospitality experiences, various marquees and venues, such as EQUUS, Boomtown, Pegasus Lounge, One Stop, and the Durban View Room, among others, are listed on the event website.
KZN design students are already drawing inspiration from the 2023 theme, Out of This World, for the HDJ Young Designer Award competition presented by Durban Fashion Fair. Various public race-day fashion competitions will also be held, and details will be available on the event website and on official social media handles.
