WIN: Comic Con tickets up for grabs ahead of four-day fest

You don't have to be a ‘Daredevil’ or get caught in Spiderman’s web-shooters. You don’t even have to be on the A-Team to take up this challenge – simply fill out the form to enter.

CALLING all gamers, cosplay enthusiasts, and pop-culture fans: Comic Con Africa is coming to Johannesburg on September 22–25. In an exciting partnership, Caxton Local Media and Comic Con Africa are giving away 12 tickets to the four-day pop culture and gaming festival.

Two double tickets are up for grabs for Berea Mail, Highway Mail, and Northglen News readers. Winners will receive a four-day weekend pass to explore the festival and all it has to offer.

Visitors to Comic Con Africa can expect to find exhibitions featuring comic books and art, pop culture merchandise and collectables, and celebrity guests.

At the centre of the festival, Artist Alley features independent artists celebrating all things pop culture, both local and international.  Cosplay Central is the hub for cosplayers and cosplay fans, with a casual cosplay competition, KidsCon, for children to show off their best costumes and, of course, the Championship of Cosplay for the pros.

It’s a jam-packed festival – Comic Con activities include workshops, activations, and gaming.
