Senior citizens dress up for Christmas lunch

A Christmas lunch held at the Mothwa premises saw the residents dressed in their Sunday best, and the room was filled with laughter and joy as they danced and sang along to Christmas carols.

RED sprinkles and smiles were the order of the day at Mothwa Haven old age home as they hosted a Christmas lunch for their residents, family and friends. Kas Naicker, the managing director of Mothwa Haven, said they are grateful for the year, and they always look forward to this time of the year. “Christmas time is always a joyous time at our residence as the residents light up and look forward to the festivities and reflecting on the year. We love hosting these lunches as a way to thank them and just remind them of how special they are to us,” added Naicker.
