This Saturday, get down and groove at the Youth Day Dance Celebration!

Join a dance celebration to commemorate Youth Day at Bulwer Park this Saturday, with drinks and delicious meals from the Glenwood-based food company, What Do You Want.

GET ready for a fun-filled day of celebration and dance! This Saturday, June 18, Bulwer Safety and Urban Regeneration Forum will be hosting a Youth Dance Celebration to commemorate Youth Day, which was observed nationally this week on Thursday, June 16.

Entrance to the dance event is free, and the local community organisation, which promotes community safety and crime-prevention awareness, encourages attendees to bring their own picnic set-up and chairs. The community affair will be catered by Glenwood food company, What Do You Want, and there will be lovely tunes playing all day for attendees to boogie down to.

“People can bring their own fold-up chairs or blankets to sit on. What Do You Want will be selling their awesome brands of food and refreshments. Come celebrate our youth who are a big part of our community with a fun Youth Day celebration of music and dance,” said Heather Roos, the Bulwer Safety and Urban Regeneration Forum chairperson.

The event is being held at Bulwer Park in Glenwood, behind the Kwazulu Natal Society of the Arts gallery, from 14:00 until 17:00. For more information, contact Heather on 062 267 6535.
