“Ncwane has been a shining light of safety, as he has handled the ‘lollipop man’ duties for countless years outside the main gates of DHS, with not one learner being harmed under his watch. You are one of those staff members that will be missed more than others, and the entire DHS family would like to wish you the happiest, most peaceful and most enjoyable retirement, sir!” read the Facebook post.
