Teen killed in Sydenham shooting

The victim was shot multiple times and died on the scene.

A TEENAGE boy (17) was shot and killed on Butcher Road in Sydenham on Sunday, February 6.

Two suspects have since been arrested for murder. It is alleged that the 17-year-old teenager was walking along the road at about 12:45 when a vehicle approached him.

Provincial SAPS spokesperson, Colonel Thembeka Mbele said three men jumped out of the vehicle and shot at the teenager.
