A MAN was left in a critical condition after a serious accident on Umgeni Road, just after 03:00 on Thursday morning, January 27.
Garrith Jamieson of Advanced Life Support Paramedics said they respond to the scene of the crash, near Goble Road, to assist.
According to Jamieson, the motor vehicle overturned multiple times before the driver was ejected from the vehicle.
The driver, who is believed to be in his 30s, was found a few metres away from the vehicle and was in a critical condition.

“He was stabilised on the scene before being rushed to a nearby Durban hospital,” said Jamieson.
At this stage, the events leading up to the accident are unknown. However, SAPS were on scene and will be investigating.
