Get vaxxed or boosted at Durban casino

Both Johnsons and Pfizer doses will be available.

IN a joint venure between the Department of Health and Sibaya Casino, a two-day vaccination and booster drive will be held at the casino’s premises on Monday and Tuesday, January 17 and 18 from 09:30 until 15:00.

Both the Johnson and Johnson and Pfizer vaccines will be administered at the drive.

“All individuals with South African ID documents, birth certificates, or valid passports are eligible for vaccines at the Imbizo Conference Room,” said Daughters of Africa chairperson, Sulosh Pillay, who will co-ordinate the drive.

“Awareness of the health benefits of the vaccine, and correction of the misinformation that is out there, are the only way to improve our vaccination rate,” she said.
