It’s ‘game on!’ this festive season

What is a family gathering without a few fun games?

WHILE many simply cannot wait to get out this December, others may opt to stay indoors amid the Covid-19 pandemic. If you fall under the latter, there is no better way to bond and create memories with family and friends over a few fun games.

Here are the top five games that are sure to get the dice rolling at your family gathering:

Monopoly
Old is gold. This board game made it’s appearance in 1935 and is still a hit across all age groups. It has since  evolved and now comes in numerous editions, including the Cape Town, Mzanzi and Durban editions. There are also themed versions of the game, such as Springboks, Fast ‘n Furious and more. Choose a token, roll the dice and buy hotels, pay rent and trade properties. We would try to avoid going to jail and going bankrupt though. Purchase this game from retailers nationwide.
