WATCH: Shots fired in Musgrave ATM robbery

A case of robbery was opened for investigation by Berea SAPS.

SHOTS were fired during an armed robbery in Musgrave on Monday, August 16 at 11:00.

Provincial spokesperson for the SAPS, Colonel Thembeka Mbele  said a case of robbery was opened for investigation by Berea SAPS.

“It is alleged that today at 11:00 in Musgrave, a male was robbed of his money by unknown suspects. Shots were fired but no injuries were sustained. The matter is still under investigation,” she added.

A video of the incident was posted on social media. In the video a man can be seen scaling a wall as shots are fired.

It appears as though cash notes fall from his pockets.
