ONE lucky reader stands a chance to win a set of four tickets to board the Inchanga Choo Choo on Sunday, 20 June (Father’s Day) at 08:30.

Enjoy the scenic route aboard the Umgeni Steam Train as it leaves Stokers Arms in Kloof on a round trip. It will chug towards Inchanga offering spectacular views of the Valley of 1 000 Hills. The round trip is three hours all in and pre-booking is essential. In the spirit of Father’s Day, the Umgeni Steam Railway will run twice on Sunday, 20 June. The second trip will start at 12:30. To keep the prices low, and to accommodate additional coaches, the Father’s Day trains will be steam hauled.

At Inchanga Station, guests can disembark to enjoy a Father’s Day themed craft and food market that is set up in and around the old station. Guests can spoil their dads with edible treats, jewellery and décor; clothes and accessories, perfumes and soaps and plants and succulents. Stalls at the Inchanga Craft market, and onboard souvenirs and refreshments are on a cash-only basis.
