WATCH: Fire tears through Brickfield Road warehouse
Firefighters are still at the scene.
AUTHORITIES are investigating the cause of the fire that tore through a warehouse on Brickfield Road this morning.
According to Kyle van Reenen, of Emer-G-Med KZN, firefighters are still at the scene.
“We received a call this morning about a fire in Brickfield Road. We rushed there and it was confirmed that the occupants had already been removed from the building. The road had been closed off and we were on standby in case of any injuries,” he said.
No injuries have been reported, said Van Reenen
He added the cause of the fire is currently unknown and is being investigated by authorities.
