Misspelt Umbilo road name identified
Ward 33 councillor Mmabatho Tembe, said they are bigger problems in the area than this mistake.
UMBILO residents found the humour in a recent mistake when the name board for Ray Keyte was changed to Fay Keyte.
According to ward 33 councillor Mmabatho Tembe, she was being alerted about the mistake on social media.
“I haven’t contacted the City and I don’t know when the board was changed, but clearly it was recent. I drive on Ray Keyte quite often to check on the illegal dumping, so it must be recent,” said Tembe.

“They are bigger problems to worry about in this area than this mistake. I will report it so they can rectify it,” she said.
