Scouts clean up harbour litter

Scouts and local community groups worked hard to clear a section of the harbour of plastic pollution on Saturday.

A CLEAN-UP was held at Durban Harbour on Saturday morning, organised by Durban Troop Scouter from the 1st Port Natal Sea Scouts, Koko Bora Bahizire.

Scouts from local groups including 4th Durban St Thomas, 1st Port Natal Sea Scouts and local community groups with a passion for the community worked hard to clear a section of the harbour of plastic pollution. A total of 140 bags of rubbish were collected.
