NPO launches services for families navigating Covid

>St John Durban has launched bespoke services for families navigating Covid.

THE Order of St John in South Africa, Durban branch, is responding to the caring needs of the nation by offering specific services for relatives having to navigate loved ones with Covid.

St John is offering a one-day training module focusing on oxygen therapy and basic home-based care, which will be run out of their training facility at 129 KE Masinga (Old Fort) Road in central Durban.

The course will be held in St John’s largest training room, limiting participant numbers and being particularly careful about Covid protocols.

St John also offers an ambulance service which can be pre-booked to transport patients – typically to and from hospitals in greater Durban.
