THE ACCUSED in the case of murdered Durban schoolboy, Miguel Louw, has been found guilty.
According to reports, judgement in the murder trial was handed down in the Durban High Court today, 7 December.
Accused, Mohamed Ebrahim, was found guilty on three counts, for the 2018 murder as well as kidnapping and theft.

Ten-year-old Louw went missing in July 2018 while on his way home from school.
He was last seen on video footage, leaving a KFC restaurant near his house with Ebrahim.
Following a search for the boy, his decomposed body was found in September that year buried in Phoenix, close to Ebrahim’s home.
The court heard Ebrahim had previously lived at Miguel’s home in Sydenham from time to time, and performed odd jobs around their home.
Ebrahim allegedly decided to kill Miguel after Ebrahim and Miguel’s mother got into an argument.
Sentencing proceedings are expected to begin on Wednesday.
