It is always an inspiration to see young woman trying to support themselves and develop their careers independently. These are the qualities we should showcase as future leaders and inspiration to young girls.

Really good food, friendly, efficient staff. Restaurants have been so badly affected by the lockdown.

They offered front line workers free hair cut and set yet knowing that they will not recover from their loss in this pandemic. True to their word, they honored this pledge when this service was offered again to the public.

The small family owned store is a beloved part of Davenport Square and was sorely missed during lockdown. They are changing their name to Heavenly Slices and we are so looking forward to the new initiative – quality and service are always of a consistently high standard. Their pies are so delicious!

Local based insurance brokers. Established 35 years plus. The director motto has always been to support local. Though his company he supports many fund raising events during the life time of the company. Will be an excellent prize to reward him. As an employee I nominate our company.

 

Ceramic craft studio
Fabulous staff only 2, calm and peaceful decor, huge range of craft goodies from mosaics to dry brushing, courses offered at reasonable prices. Their famous chino and chocolate brownies. A place to forget your troubles for a while and learn a new craft or stock up with stock for you current craft with the help of the lovely knowledgeable ladies. Great happy place.

 

Nikkies kittens
This amazing woman’s works 25/7 collecting donations, driving to areas to feed over 150 feral cats and houses 50 cats herself. She has now started to collect donations to assist homeless and underprivileged people at her sites.

 

3 Monkeys Café
Love the food, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The owner is polite, friendly and always ready to ask how the meal is going. The food is amazing, with great quality and value for money. There is a large variety on the menu, but we find the Nutella and Strawberry donut waffles are the best! Our family loves 3 Monkeys and visit frequently! We have missed it so much!!!!
