Durban Solid Waste depot closed till 8 June

Residents are urged to take their refuse bag back inside their property should it not be collected.

DURBAN Solid Waste has announced that its Collingwood Depot will remain closed until 8 June.

Refuse collections will continue in the afternoons, after 12.30pm, with the assistance of the Springfield depot.

Residents are urged to take their refuse bag back inside their property should it not be collected.

Some contractors have returned to work in some areas of ward 33, and are sweeping and collecting litter, while some grass cutting has partially resumed on islands, but is still to resume at parks.
