Sign up for a one-day field course in tree identification and forest ecology with Prof Eugene Moll.

THE Botanical Society of SA – KZN Coastal Branch presents one-day field courses in tree identification and forest ecology with Prof Eugene Moll on Saturday, 22 February at Umdoni Park, Pennington or on Sunday, 23 February at Burman Bush, Morningside from 10am to 1pm each day.

Cape-based botanist Prof Moll, author of many popular and scientific botanical books including the field guide, Trees of Natal, and What’s That Tree?, and editor of Coates Palgrave’s Trees of Southern Africa, will teach in an easy-to-understand, interactive way, tree identification skills as well as the dynamics of our local forests.

Cost is R245 for members, R295 for visitors, and R145 for students. Fees pre-payable.
