A DURBAN businessman was shot and killed in Springfield Park on Thursday, after assailants allegedly opened fire on him in his vehicle.

Garrith Jamieson from Rescue Care Paramedics said the man sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body, and was declared deceased on the scene.
