JOIN the Denis Hurley Centre on Monday, 16 December at its annual Meal of Reconciliation.
Each year the Centre brings together a wide range of Durban citizens to share a meal, side by side – homeless and housed, nationals and foreigners, all colours, all creeds, all ages, and all abilities.
Volunteers are needed from 8.30am to help decorate the halls and guests are then welcome from 11.30am to sit down, meet new people and enjoy a meal. If you can, take cool drinks and/or cake to share with the nine other people at your table.
