THE Durban Promenade extension will officially open to the public on Saturday, 16 November.

The mayor, Mxolisi Kaunda, will walk the 8km route from Blue Lagoon to New Point Beach from 7am to commemorate the occasion.
The public is encouraged to go along and have a look at the new promenade.
